Scott A. Bourdelais

Scott A. Bourdelais is an Orange County native, a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz and Loyola Law School at Los Angeles. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Elder Law and Probate and Estate Planning Sections of the Orange County Bar Association.

Scott has been practicing law in Orange County since 1982. His practice focuses on estate planning, revocable living trusts, wills, trust administration, and probate matters. He resides in Orange, enjoys hiking on local trails, and raises puppies for Canine Companions. The puppies Scott has raised thus far are Ives, Hobart, Sidney, Danny, Scotty, Howdy, Tahoe and Guppy. Barrett, Scott’s latest charge, is being lovingly raised to follow in the footsteps of his predecessors. Sidney and Tahoe are now certified Therapy Dogs and work alongside Scott at the Bourdelais Law Offices, as well as special scheduled events.
